Konglomerate Games is a Dundee based video games company founded in 2019. We have developed a number of games from physiotherapy games for children with Cystic Fibrosis to Clinical Assessment training games for Ophthalmologists and we hope to set the standard for serious games and gamification.
We are very passionate at Konglomerate about making sure our games are accessible and feel it’s essential to think about accessibility at all stages of development regardless of the type of game. Simple changes to our development allow us to make our games accessible for people with colour blindness and many other conditions.
Both for our own staff and our games we want health as a priority. We ensure our work environment is the best it can be and that the games we make embody our beliefs of wellbeing like our 4 day work week since 2023 which has been a great success.
When working in an area that isn’t our field – physiotherapy isn’t ours, for example – we ensure that we work with specialists at all stages who know what they are talking about. Collaborating with experts is our key to success!
